The Trumark workstation has linear axes with different travel paths in the X direction and rotary axes with
different ranges, a laser protection inspection window for the access door, or a water cooling system. By
raising the workstation’s hood, it is possible to mark work pieces up to 18 inches high. Removable side
components allow long work pieces to be marked and enable the workstation to be integrated into an
automated production line. A semi-automatic rotary index table for parallel loading and unloading at peak
times reduces cycle time.

The Haas VF-2 is a rugged, small-footprint VMC that yields reliability and accuracy in a small-framed machine. The
VF-2 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp vector Dual-Drive (Y-Delta) motor. The VF-2 produces either
75 ft-lb of torque at a low 1400 rpm, or 250 ft-lb at 450 rpm with the optional 2-speed gearbox -- and will also run up
to 7500 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing aluminum.

MK Precision has been preparing for thier first registration audit which is scheduled for early October. Plans
are to receive certification for ISO13485:2003 and ISO9001:2008 by December of 2009.

October 09' - MK Precision expands, prepares for move to brand new 9,000sq/ft Building.......
MK Precision is expanding and will relocate into a brand new 9,000 sq/ft building. An increase in production along
with additional equipment purchases have allowed MK to move forward with the expansion. The relocation will be just
minutes from the current location.

features a 40-taper spindle, speeds to 10,000 rpm, 600-ipm rapids and a 10-pocket automatic tool changer.
The Mini Mill handles small-parts manufacturing with the same reliability as all Haas CNC machines. It's
ideal for finishing work and cutting aluminum, yet also provides enough low-end torque to cut steel.
